Tips: Try to use Internet Explorer to download the files,
using
Netscape has caused some problems for people (the files are
treated as ASCII instead of BINARY, and doesn't unzip pro-
perly.) Also, when unzipping into a WINNT system, use the
most recent version of a "RAR" unpacker, try http://rarsoft.com/
The first link also has an uncompressed, single file PDF to download if you
like.
